I'm just happy being here, somewhere I can just say that I'm Aromantic and Demigender. On paper, my school is "LGBTQIA+ Supportive", but thanks to many I can't help but feel suppressed.

I'm using a translator since this isn't my first language... anyway, I think this will just be a short message. I really love the games of yours that I've played so far, and I want to properly get to know the entire universe surrounding these characters—but I have so much going on and find them quite challenging... Hi Nami! I'm sharing this a little late as I wasn't sure if it was too personal at first, but you helped me discover that I'm demisexual! It was when I was reading your blog post on creating NSFW content while asexual, when I realised that I relate a little too much to your stance on NSFW to not be somewhere on the aspec lol. So I thought, it's the last day of pride month, there's no better time to take an aspec quiz to see if my hunch is correct! & well, it was the simple question "Have you ever been sexually attracted to anyone?" that stumped me - then I realised that I in fact have NOT ever felt sexual attraction to anyone before, & that I simply had never even thought about it haha. I have identified as demiromantic for about 2 years now so I'm pretty comfortable with identifying as demirose, especially since I lack so much relationship experience lol. (plus demirose is such a cutesy name! ) So yeah, I guess I wanted to thank you for helping me learn more about myself!! (also now I understand why Treat & other demisexual VN characters resonated with me so much haha)

Well, I think the last time I posted here was... I don't know, maybe two years ago? Something like that. It's been a while a long while. I don't even remember what my last message was about, aside from complimenting your games, especially HTWML. I just wanted to come back and say thank you again for making such amazing games. Since the last time I posted, I've 100%ed every game, which is pretty cool. HTWML is still my favorite game, though. =-= I'll always buy every game you release. Thanks again for all the lovely games! Right now I'm just waiting for Syrup 2 to wrap up so I can 100% that one too... unless it's already finished and I somehow didn't notice the update in my Steam library. Okay I know I commented a few days ago, but I forgot that I've been wanting to say this for a while when I made that comment, so forgive me. I'm super obsessed with how you write Senbei, and specifically his psychosexual fixation on Timber. I find it to reflect the realities of living as a marginalized person really well (specifically, as a transgender woman, and in a general queer context). Countless transphobic lobbyists have been exposed for liking (eg on the artist formally known as Twitter)/extensively watching pornography featuring transgender women. Iirc, in NWT, Senbei even says, in the commentary of his dream, something about not being a homosexual/not having homosexual desire, which also reflects this. Timber is a man, of course, but the justification of Why This Is Not Gay, Actually is very reminiscent of many cis men's transphobic rhetoric surrounding transgender women in pornography. ("Is liking traps gay?" That age-old transmisogynistic debate.) It also reminds me of something I was taught in sociology class: studies show that those who express queerphobic sentiments tend to be more excited by queer pornography. Whether that is a result of the hatred or the hatred is a result of the excitement is a chicken or the egg situation which is difficult to decipher, but I know from unfortunate experience that denying one's own desires can feed into bigoted hatred. That desire gives more energy and ferocity to the hatred. Senbei is delightfully horrible and accurate to real-life bigots in this way, and I want to throw him into an active volcano and study his weird psychosexual shit under a microscope. Not necessarily in that order. May Timber one day be free of this freak, once Senbei gets really drunk and makes out with a wolf/man/wolfman which forces him to actually fucking self-actualize for once
